Omega Training Solution is a family-run business providing high-quality First Aid Training in Dublin and across the country.. Founded by a brother and sister-in-law team, Zara Mahon and Chris Shiels, Omega Training Solutions has been providing practical and engaging first aid courses for the past three years.

Our Team
Over 20 years of training experience are brought to the table by Zara and Chris's combined skills. Zara graduated from NUI Galway with a degree in education and training. Chris and Zara both possess the appropriate instructor certifications from the several accrediting organisations (PHECC, Irish Heart Foundation & FETAC/QQI) for every course that Omega Training Solutions provides. Chris's background in hospitality, combined with his 6 years of experience in the training industry, ensures a friendly, helpful, and supportive learning environment.
Both Zara and Chris are certified Irish Heart Foundation Instructors and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills to help others save lives.

Our Philosophy

Workplace Courses
Our Workplace First Aid Training courses, including the Cardiac First Response Course Dublin, are accredited by the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) via our ATI UFAS, ensuring that our training meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
